Love my stay in this hotel

Hotel is clean with coin laundry that I like. Enough space inside our room. Close to lot of local restaurants. MOST important is there is a assistant manager whose service is extremely outstanding!!!!he show us really detail way to go mount Aso with lots of patience, so attentive. Breakfast is good, delicious, lots of choices. Room is clean, lots of parking, quiet and safe area, overall very happy with my stay

受付も食事会場もスタッフの方が本当に親切で、気持ちよく過ごせました。 お部屋は広くて良かったのですが、バスルームのアンモニア臭が本当に残念。 お部屋の絨毯に髪の毛が結構落ちていて、びっくりしました。。。 添い寝プランで、子供用の寝巻きや枕、スリッパは受付で貸し出ししてるとの事で、お願いしたら、未就学児サイズでした。 ウチの子（10歳、140cm）一緒に居たので、サイズの事言って欲しかったです。 色々言っちゃいましたが、ウェルカムドリンクや、朝食は大満足だし、飲食店も近くに有り、夕飯もお願いすれば出来るみたいで、また機会があれば利用したいです。 タクシーで空港まで道が空いていましたが、2,100円でした。

駐車場は、ホテルの周りにあって何台止められるか分からないケド かなりの台数停められます。あと、ウエルカムドリンクは、良かったですよ。夕食は、ホテル近くのジョイフルに行きました。 車で５分も掛かりません。

客室は清潔で受付の方も優しい対応でした。朝食の男性スタッフの方がよく挨拶されていて気持ちが良かったです。 朝食のクロワッサン品切れだったのが残念でしたが、熊本ラーメンやお正月らしい品もあって良かったです。 ウェルカムドリンクや、将棋やオセロなど遊び道具の貸し出しもあってうれしいサービスが色々ありました。 また利用したいと思います。
