"Quality of Food has really been cut back. Breakfast no problem, dinner and specialty restaurants give it a 3 out of 5 We have stayed at Riu properties in the pas and probably won’t be back because of it. "

"The food was very good. Staff very friendly. The atmosphere was great. Just be careful if they approach you for a one hour tour of the property to talk about membership. They essentially keep you for a few hours to try to sell you their version of a time share."

"I give this place a 1 out of 5 rating. There were no English speaking staff. There was no door on the shower so the bathroom floor was always a puddle. The view was awful. They have dumb TV's in the rooms with only 2 English speaking channels. Your hotel room is supposed to be a place you look forward to going to at the end of the day. It was depressing. It's literally a, "it's better than nothing", kind of hotel. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. You'll be much happier somewhere else."
