"My room and bathroom were spacious, well-appointed, and very clean. I could hear the people in the room above me. But I found my stay mostly quiet, and calm. Very nice. All the staff, but one, were very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants, and shopping. It's near the beach, but you, probably, wouldn't walk it. I didn't use the workout room or pool, but they looked lovely, and clean. The breakfast was fine. Lots of choices, good quality foods, well-prepared. All in all,...

"Love the room and was especially grateful that there wasn’t a lot of extra charges for things like in room and amenities. The only thing I would’ve liked more is if they had had more thoughtfulness on how they divided the space between the rooms as there is no privacy when you’re on your balcony"

"The best thing about this property is its prime location right on the beachfront. The views are wonderful. You can walk along the cliffs or down onto the wharf and enjoy all that Santa Cruz has to offer as a beach town. They have updated the property so it has a retro modern feeling, which is done well and cute."
