"Hotel is very nice"

"I will not stay there anymore . The staff were no help at all . No luggage room to store your luggage . The buffet break fast was good at all ."

"Close to airport with clean showers and comfy beds. Loved the place. Made everything easy."

"Breakfast okay not great. Nice rooms nice staff. Problem with power and water"

"They are friendly helpful and the hotel is clean ."

"Everything was good. Friendly staff and management."

"The area is completely in construction-renovation stage and till today i cannot understand how they can accept guests in such condition... When booking it was said outdoor swimming pool, breakfast, etc, however nothing was working or ready yet. Could not stay longer there and left the hotel after 1night. Not recommended - at least before they can complete the renovation, which doesn't seem to be quick..."

"I stayed at Haya Guesthouse for my first night in Yerevan. I had a late arrival and they coordinated a pickup, and when my card wasn’t working at the airport they helped me figure out a solution to get my transportation squared away while I figured out the ATM situation. As a woman traveling alone it was extremely valuable to have such a safe and communicative crew making sure I arrived smoothly!"

"Super"

"Very friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent location with links to the city centre. "

"Also ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht, welches eine Waschmaschine enthält ein King Size Bett und am Ende habe ich ein ganz anderes Zimmer bekommen. Viel kleiner ohne Waschmaschine ohne Komfort. Einfach ein Loch. Und auf meine Frage, dass ich wenigstens einen Refund bekomme oder hab ich nichts bekommen, sondern nur auf gut Deutsch. Pech gehabt."

"Спасибо за помощь!"
