"I had been to the Museum of WI Art in West Bend, so had heard of this hotel as a sort of annex. I came to hear a concert at the Pabst Theater. I was so tickled on a rainy day to learn that both the hotel and theater were in the same large complex. I had dinner at a Chinese restaurant on Wells Street, wandered around the complex to see all of the art, then was able to leisurely walk back to my room after the concert. "The location is fantastic! Overall, it is a nice hotel. A super unique feature is the large number of bicycles available for guests to use, which is fantastic since you are so close to the lakefront and the river. The value of the room is definitely the location. Unfortunately, if you are allergic to animals, this is not the hotel to stay in. We had to cut our anniversary weekend short due to an allergy and asthma flareup. We asked if we could be moved to a floor that had never had animals on...

The room description was accurate and the room was clean, bed was comfy with nice amenities like the full kitchen. No issues with AC. "This is an apartment that is not all owned by KASA. That is kind of confusing from the website. But overall the site felt safe and the accommodations were very satisfactory for my stay. I had an initial issue with the WiFi but it was resolved through communications with KASA. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful but recommend bringing out supplying your own detergent is recommended if you intend to use them.
