"This was our second stay here, but unfortunately our last. We were greeted very well by the young lady on duty when we checked in at 3:00. However, our room had a mattress that needs to be replaced, (it made a noise every time I got up to go to the bathroom, which woke my husband up). "The room could use a deep cleaning. Things in floor that should have been vacuumed. Toilet smelled like it needed cleaning. Balcony needed sweeping. The room service to ‘econo’ every other day was an excuse to not clean. Check-in is guaranteed by 4 pm. We received our phone call our room was ready at 3:58.
