"We arrived early and were greeted by extremely friendly staff. We stored our bags and when we returned, they gave us a fantastic view in our hotel room. The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. I will definitely stay again in the future."

"Very comfortable and great front desk staff. Would have been a big help to get the address for parking in advance - garage was hard to find, and one block east. Unable to get a response from messaging hotel and called for info but was given incorrect address! That being said, good price point for parking this part of town - bellman adds a sticker to your parking voucher and it’s good for 24 hours from time of parking - price includes tax"

"The hotel was very clean but several items in the room and throughout the hotel needed repair and maintenance. There were lots of dings and chips out of doors, baseboards, furniture etc. there was a lot of peeling wallpaper. Not a big deal if those things don’t bother you, and the cleanliness makes up for much of it. We didn’t receive the friendly support from staff that others mention. Not that anyone was rude, but we didn’t feel anyone went out of their way to be helpful. For instance, they...

"My only issue with the stay is that they wouldn't accept my Hilton Honors number. Apparently when you book with Expedia, you don't get the Hilton points. The airlines and car rental companies don't work that way and neither should the hotels."
