Great value

Great value, very nice and helpful staff, easy location to get to major town centro (with a car). Nice big free parking area. Cold in room at night, particularly bathroom due to not fully sealed doors/windows, which seems to be most lodging in this area. Hot water worked well. Would stay again!

Great location, wonderful staff, tranquil stay!

We had a wonderful time in the cabin. The fireplace and jacuzzi were both excellent! The location is nice - a short (20 mins) walk to the historic centre, but far enough that there's no noise from the bars. There's not many food options immediately near the hotel, but there's a great taco restaurant (Tacos del duende) and a new pizza spot Pizzeria Cosmos) a 5 mins walk away. Also Restaurante El Nuevo Amanecer for breakfast is fantastic! The hotel helped with everything (from taxis, to recommendations) and was very helpful and supportive during our stay :) Would definitely stay here again!

. Por las evaluaciones y comentarios que había visto, esperaba que este hotel fuera mejor. Desde el exterior de las habitaciones, el lugar no resulta agradable: hay ropa colgada en la parte inferior y lateral del hotel, lo que da una mala impresión. En la habitación, el espejo del baño estaba roto. Además, el primer día tuvimos problemas con el agua: no había agua fría y, aunque hacía mucho frío y se agradecía el agua caliente, esta salía hirviendo, lo cual no era cómodo ni seguro. Cuando informamos del inconveniente, lo solucionaron y el segundo día no tuvimos ese problema. La limpieza, en general, es buena y después del incidente del agua nos dejaron una cobija extra, lo cual se agradece. Otro punto negativo es la acústica del hotel: realmente se escucha todo lo que ocurre en las otras habitaciones, lo que afecta el descanso. En conclusión, no fue una experiencia terrible, pero no regresaría. Hubiera preferido elegir otra opción y no entiendo por qué el hotel tiene una calificación tan alta en comparación con la experiencia que tuvimos.
