The cottage was nice for my family and I. The property is in a good location just across the street from the ocean and walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and a store. They have lots of stuff to do with the kids, like bike rentals, free games, swimming pool, play grounds and fire pits. The only thing I would recommend is the water pressure and temp control of the shower in the cottages. The ones in the outside bathrooms have better water pressure and doesnt go from ice cold and burning hot and back to ice cold.

We stayed in Kumbya Airstream and it was very clean. We had a smores kit waiting for us on the dining table! Nice surprise. The bbq had fuel but wouldn't ignite and had dirty rusty grates. The location is awesome right across the street from the ocean and Pelican Brewing which has amazing clam chowder.

We came in from out of town a lil late and they were still able to help us with what we needed and were very humble people. I got to see first hand the receptionists responsibilities and they seemed ocer whelming but he handled every phone call with care which was cool to witness. And the vibe of the site was so positive with the families and staff that it made the experience very confortable.

This is more about expedia than the place: It's an RV camp and the cabin is not at all like the photos (I asked the helpful and sympathic staff about this and they said they'd tried to update and clarify, but that they weren't able to, because of Expedia). I felt Expedia was unclear and had misleading photos and information. My site was a cabin with no running water or heat, no bedding and no bathroom. The staff asked me if I had bedding, and I didn't, because I don't check for "bathroom" or "sheets" on booking sites because I assume they're included. The staff found me a pillow and a blanket, but I was glad I had a beach blanket with me, as it was pretty chilly. If I'd been looking for an RV camp and expecting no bedding or bathroom, it would have been a nice place to stay. As it was, it was a pretty expensive and cold mistake.

I rented a very clean cabin for my son and I for the weekend. Unbeknownst to me, there were no showers/baths or toilets in them. No pillows or blankets etc. It is absolutely a camp and you need to bring everything you can think that you would need. Microwaveable food only unless you want to use the outside grill. If we were ready for camping, we’d of had a better time.

I’ve stayed here for years and the Deluxe Cabins are suffering. Ours was full of cobwebs, there were huge spiders on the porch in front of the door, the toilet handle kept falling out of the tank, the cabinet doors were falling off in the kitchen, and the pullout couch was horribly sunken in the middle. Please put some love into these cabins, it’s a cute spot.
