"The hotel exceeded our expectations by far: awsome staff- very friendly and immediate accomodations on any request,great location close to metro, free parking,room and furniture design alike at5+ stars resort, good variety and high quality of food at breakfast, spotless clean room!
Special thank you for Carlos who helped us. His sense of humor made our days every time we are in/out of hotel. thank you all! amazing stay!"

"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"Nice apartment in a quiet street but close enough to walk to the main areas. Bit of a squeeze for 5 adults but still plenty of plates and cutlery etc. Nice large hot tub for private use and the communal pool area was small but nice for some outside space.
Unfortunately a few maintenance issues which have clearly been ongoing for a while with nothing done about them. The main ones being the drip dripping electric hot water tank, towels had been placed underneath to catch the drips but these...
