"Staff was very helpful. You can hear everything from your room, next door, hallway, down and above rooms. I mean every moment, cough walk. They didn't have curtains so the light came through early and woke you up. If you stay long you have to exchange your own towels and house keeping doesn't come to your room. So you have to take your own trash out. Beds are cheap and very noisy. They do not have an ice machine but have ice strays. I use a dry and wasted money because it didn't work. Waste 3...

"Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Location was walking distance to various tourist spots. Rooms were as advertised with unique features making it breathtaking upon entering. Couldn’t have asked for better service and wished we could have stayed longer. 10/10 would recommend for couples or a solo trip."

"The room was comfortable and spacious. The lobby area was extremely clean and welcoming. Breakfast was included and provided a variety of healthy as well as indulgent options. There were also restaurants and a few shops near-by. I would stay there again and recommend to others."

"First of all the room smelled bad. They had a ozone air cleaner in room that was very noisy. The ice machine was destroyed on the 3rd floor same as it was during my last stay a few months ago. The fitted sheet doesn't fit right and kept coming undone. No shampoo for the shower bottle was empty. Floor and carpet was very dirty. When walking barefoot your feet became filthy had to keep shoes on in room. Breakfast was not good eggs and sausage was cold had to put in microwave to heat."

"Natalie at the front desk was wonderful. She escorted me part of the way in the evening to the fantastic outdoor restaurant across the parking lot which had a minature golf course. The hotel shuttle picked me up from the airport and shuttle me back for my departure flight. All were gracious and helpful! The only bleep was the air conditioner wasn't working in the hallway to the rooms the night of my stay. Loved this place though."
