The staff at check-in was courteous and professional. The unit was clean and served our needs well. One down side was that it took about 10 minutes of running the shower before warm water arrived. The water was just warm enough to shower, but far from being a hot shower.

​I just wrapped up my fourth stay at Wyndham Pagosa, and it remains my absolute favorite getaway! Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire experience seamless from check-in to departure. ​The condos are always spotless and well-maintained—I’ve stayed in several different units now, and each one has been a "home away from home" with its own fun charm. If you enjoy fishing, the lake access here is fantastic! It’s consistently an awesome experience, and I’m already looking forward to my fifth visit. Highly recommended! I only wish there were hand held shower heads to help washthe springs off.

Our check-in was on a Sunday. On arrival, Club Wyndham had a welcome room with free soda, beer, and popcorn. The staff was super friendly and polite. The unit we stayed in was a one bedroom with a living room, kitchen/dining room and a small patio outside the bedroom that was accessible from a glass double door. We will definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Great place to stay, beautiful area, really spacious, the room was perfect size, clean and well maintained, excellent location right in front of supermarkets, great amenities, the only weird thing is that you have to ask for towels in the reception, they don’t give you towel in the recreation center, and the reception is 5 min away by car,
