A friendly place. There are just 2 or three rooms available so it is a cozy place. Very accommodating and responsive. Worked out perfectly for us.

Very lovely, hospitality was above. So clean! We were beyond satisfied. Very comfortable and the location so convenient. I definitely recommend. Again beyond satisfied!!

This was not an apartment. It was a garage converted into a living space with an adjoining door to their personal residence. With only a lock on their side of the door. I feel like the description is misleading and we never would’ve booked. We could also hear music and other noises from the house. We did not feel safe and left and stayed at another nearby hotel. I’ve called Expedia that evening for a refund and was told they would contact the owner and let us know. There has been no communication from either and no refund.

Fabie's suites are cozy and comfortable, quiet and welcoming. Fabie is a wonderful host who has put a lot of care into her property.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly. Very clean. Laundry inside. Full kitchen. Nice furnishings. Easy parking. Great location in Pagosa and easy to get to Wolfcreek Ski area. A

Happy stay here! Very clean and comfy.
The communication was excellent with the owner. She was very accommodating and worked nicely with our late arrival. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean and welcoming. If we come back to this area, we will stay again!

Property owner was rude af. She Kept calling and texting me asking what time I was going to be back while I was trying to enjoy my time with my girlfriend. She freaking obnoxiously knocked on the door loud and repeatedly in the morning while we were still asleep. Then she had the nerve to ask us what time we were going to leave as if she were trying to chase us out of our rented room before our check out time. There wasn’t any toilet paper in the restroom. Towels smelled like tortilla chips. Shower water was Luke warm. Her dog came into our room and ate my dogs food. I will never ever ever stay here again. Waste of money and miserable experience. Don’t do it. Staying in a tent would’ve been 100x better

This property's listing said it had a microwave. It did not. Also, spiders and webs between windows and screens need to be cleaned. The bed and sheets were comfy, but the towels smelled like they had been in the closet a long time since they were washed. I prefer this over scented laundry soap, but a little fresher smelling would be better.

Photos of the exterior are misleading! There are three lovely rooms, all recently renovated into quiet, clean, attractive spaces. We loved our visit and will stay there again.

Owner was amazing and helpful with another reservation in town for us. Beautiful property right on the golf course. Shower is a huge plus!!!

Natural Oasis with some Ruggedness
The natural setting of this lodging is beautiful and peaceful. We could have breakfast on a little terrace overlooking the golf course. Furniture is unique wood carvings ! The negative side is that cleaning is not included with this booking. We stayed several nights and after two nights without cleaning, trash piles up and the room becomes nasty. Your website says breakfast is included but it was not very clear. The lady simply says we can take what we want from a refrigerator which had some basic general things. It is not restocked and after several nights, it is pretty empty ...

The property does not advertise breakfast. We have trash disposals (3 exactly) placed conveniently on the property for all our guests. We do not intrude into your suite because we value your privacy. When you arrive on the premises, we always remind you to ask us if you need anything (more coffee, more towels and etc). We cannot read your mind and don't know if you need something if you don't speak up. We are on the premises 24/7 and are available to answers questions.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen over a month before our travel date and we were given a one bedroom with a king size bed, couch and mini fridge. The explanation was that the other room was already booked but no one bothered to contact us. We did get charged a lesser rate but it was still bothersome to not get what you had planned for.

We have explained that this was a double Booking from Expedia. We also did not charge you the cost of the apt. We accommodate you even though this was a double reservation pushed from the booking engine.

We would highly recommend IVACAZ Suites. The room we had was wonderful and the owners are so friendly and helpful. We were only able to stay one night but wished we could have stayed longer.

I had booked a vacation home but upon arrival, was told there was a double booking. We were given a 1 bedroom condo instead on a lake. The condo was new, clean and the views were spectacular. I was upset at first but was very pleased with the condo.

First Class Place!
This property was easily one of the best properties that I have stayed in. The room was very very nice, with a beautiful view of the golf course and valley beyond. A raised bed with a great mattress, cedar closet, and a 1st class bathroom with a double shower. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it! You will be pleased.

Great Stay!
We loved our stay in the 2 bedroom suite. The suite was decorated with much thought and care. The bed that we slept in was very comfortable. Fabie was a great host and very informative on the walk-through when we checked in. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Good weekend retreat
Room was cozy, they offered us all the extras( coffee, etc). So friendly, lovely view! Stay was great. Only complaint was the ice outside our door. It was a little dangerous and there was no way around it. Our senior dog fell a few times and i lost my footing once.
