Serviced Apartment di Pahang

"Cleanliness was perfect and nice view"

"Easy to locate, nice view from our room. There is a food mall on the ground floor with cafes and restaurants. Excellent place to stay for a few nights in Genting Highlands!"

"Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless"

"Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel. The staff are very helpful and even emailed me with a pdf file of must do’s. Easy to use Grab to get out to the attractions and for other restaurants. The breakfast is ok. Bed was...

"we enjoyed a lot."

"Spacious. However internet can be unreliable when it rains as it is based on SIM card. So, don't bank on heavy duty streaming/surfing. Social messaging is ok."

"The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin. You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible."

"Extremely dirty, the room is very mush with mushy smell, all beds, cabinets, furnitures having the same smell as well. Worst, the blanked and bed sheets full of dust, extremely dirty."

"A was underwhelming, it was advertised as 1 king bed, 1 single and a futon but the futon was just a sofa that was loosely covered by a cover to hide stains and tears. The washing machine wasnt working, so that was disappointing as it was one of the reason I book the place. It wasnt that the place wasnt clean, but it was aesthetically displeasing as it was covered with stains (blood?), the cushions were also stained and the covers either was torn or didnt quite fit the pillows. There is no...

"No toilet paper. Unit has moldy air conditioning units. Couldn’t sleep in bedroom. Checkin process was terrible. Self checkin which took 45 minutes"

"There is a major difference between budget and cheap and this property can only be described as cheap and neglected! The entire expierience isn’t worth 10% of the price paid!"

"1. I booked through Expedia. Price was very good value for money. 2. Confusion about whether the Expedia Itinerary # was sufficient for check in, or whether an Ion Delemon Booking No. was required. 3. Card key didn't work the first time, causing inconveniece."

"Excellent location walking distance to all amenities, very friendly service, ample free parking, highly recommend"

"Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth. I hope these points help improve the...
