"Beautiful old building, the reception area/bar/lounge areas were fab. A little tasty around the edges....tables literally, but I loved the feel. The outdoor, heated pool was a real bonus....I didn't expect it to be as warm as it was! Only downside, I saw someone spraying the weeds around the Pool ..."

"No evening restaurant was a bit inconvenient The only real issue is there is only parking for about 7 cars which has to be prebooked and nothing tells you when booking on the site So we had to find on street parking some way away."

"Great welcome - very friendly gentleman at reception allowed us to check in an hour is so early, which was very helpful as we had my elderly mother with us. Very clean rooms, great to have a mini fridge with the heatwave at the time, great shower. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety, well ..."
