"This property has declined over the past couple of years. The bathroom in our room wasn't very clean. I was looking forward to swimming after hours of driving but the pool was closed for no apparent reason."

"Its wasn't a good experience.
We came just for one night for a stop on our way south.
The AC was extremely noisy, we barely slept at night.
The shower wasn't clean and tiny.
There was no coffee in the room.
I told the reception worker they didn't seem to care much.
