Hotel dekat Paisley Museum

"We book the cabins frequently, every 6 months, 4 of us. The cabins now seem to be getting a bit tired looking. Needing a spruce up, some painting, maintenance. In our cabin this time there was a small oil heater as the fire was broken. We reported it so that maybe the next booking could have a nice fire. The coffee machine was also broke and we reported this as well. When we took the “plastic” glasses from the cupboard one had lipstick marks on it. We reported this too and asked for glass wine...

"Didnt get breakfast, we had to be at the airport by 6am"

"The staff was very friendly, but one of our rooms had a tv and thermostat that didn't work (meaning no heat!). We let the staff know and they said it would be taken care of while we were out for the day. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case, and one of our rooms went without heat or a tv. "

"Yes to both. Room very clean. Staff friendly. We have two concerns. The main one was that the lift wasn't working and none of the rooms were on the ground, or first, floor. We weren't warned of this beforehand. There were also steps outside down to get to the hotel part and up to get to the restaurant part. Also, we found the room very very hot overnight and couldn't do anything about it. Otherwise fine."

"An absolutely unforgettably positive experience! My stay at the Mushu Glasgow River Hotel was a great experience where the room was elegantly impressive, wonderful outdoor view of the river and mountains & the bed was comfortable and kept me very warm in the winter. The room was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Whilst the shower pressure was a little too low and the temperature difficult to adjust (it remained hot despite multiple attempts to adjust the temperature knob),...
