"La limpieza es muy buena, el staff debe tener más amabilidad con los huéspedes, pues son muy serios. El desayuno espectacular súper completo y los meseros excelentes. El aire acondicionado deben encenderlo antes de la llegada del cliente para que pueda el cuarto estar frío. Y adicional recomiendo una piscina."

"This little hotel is a gem. Clean, quiet, nice rooms with a/c, tv, free Netflix, free wifi and super friendly staff. The hotel is located near the Ciudad Colonial and at walking distance from Malecón de Santo Domingo. There are plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. Large, modern shopping centers are a short Uber ride away. If you are driving there is ample street parking. Conveniently two “colmados” are just a few meters away. They offer drinks and food items. I highly recommend...

"This property is in a great location for the historic colonial area of Santo Domingo. We had a rental car and had no problem finding parking the 3 days for our visit. The hotel is right on the pedestrian walkway. The room was great and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great too every morning."

There is parking available on the property on a first-come, first-served basis, though you can also park on the side of the street. ​Check-in was super fast, and they did require our IDs upon arrival. The AC in our original room wasn't working, but the host and staff were very kind and thoughtful—they immediately switched us to another room. We did notice there was only one towel for the two of us at first, but they provided a second...

"The property was very clean. The apartment was just great. We had a tv in the bedroom and the living room on the 7th floor. Pool and gym on top floor/roof was nice. The menu for breakfast could be varied. Eggs for breakfast most mornings but we found cereal and a ripe bamana every morning to spice up breakfast. I would recommend more friut options for breakfast. The location was close to everywhere in Santo Domingo that we desired to visit. We could change dollars at the casino across the road...

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The staff, location, and overall experience were great. My only complaint is that the TVs are outdated—they aren’t smart TVs, which was disappointing. For the price they charge, I think the hotel should invest in updating the TVs and technology to match today’s standards. Adding smart TVs would make the guest experience even better."
