"Our maid, Mariam (small young woman) was exceptionally good! The front desk was helpful and professional. A pamphlet or conversation about ,the amenities would be very helpful. Workout area breakfast and or brunch, laundry etc. We spoke little Spanish and the staff generally spoke little English so that was a stumbling block. We definitely could have prepared ourselves better. There was quite a bit of protesting and camping out in the street in front of the hotel. To no fault of their own, but...

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

The staff were helpful and always pleasant, the two restaurants offered delicious dishes. We had breakfast several times and it was perfect, especially the espresso drinks and the fresh juices. "We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here "
