"Location was"

"The hotel is very clean. Our room was comfortable. The air conditioning was great. We used our Netflix account on the tv. It was very peaceful- just the sound of the birds. I slept great in the bed. And having access to free food and water really wonderful when we needed down time. "

"We spent 6 comfortable nights at Bellas Artes. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Centro/historico, for walking and for atmosphere. Breakfast of fresh fruit and yogurt was delicious. The staff were all friendly but special mention must be made of Miguel, the concierge, for going above and beyond to help with a couple of issues we had, always with a smile! "

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"We stayed there for 3 nights. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Centro Histórico and within walking distance of many of the main attractions in Mexico City. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was more than we expected. Spacious, clean and modern with beautiful frame of cmdx above the beds. Beds and mattresses were super comfortable. Recommended."

"My first Room was nice but the Hotel is under construction and the Noise level is very load on the lower floors. I was moved to an upper floor to a very nice room but the Air conditioner was not working properly. They moved me again to a 3rd room which had no issues. The staff was very nice. The outside pool is out of order and is disrepair. There is a steam room and hot tub but the hot tub was like warm and the control was no working. There is no Sauna. Overall I would say choose another...

"Excelente opción para hospedarse en CDMX. La habitación estaba súper limpia desde el primer momento, lo cual hizo la estancia muy cómoda. La ubicación es muy buena. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Además, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, se nota el mantenimiento y la atención al detalle."

"Wonderful hotel in all categories. The staff is especially friendly and goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, and breakfast options were delicious. Though the Centro district the hotel is located in was quite busy, the hotel itself is peaceful, and you are within walking distance of major sights. I would definitely recommend a stay with Casa de la Luz. "
