"Great room, so thoughtful to put me close to elevators. Very comfortable bed, wonderful shower! Quiet for working and sleeping! Breakfast was great, and lots of choices. Location perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Staff was superb! This is a quality hotel, well priced and the most comfortable that I have stayed in for a long time! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Lovely hotel wonderful in all aspects but breakfast was never hot enough in terms of temperature. Scrambled eggs were not hot enough by the time they got to the table and my husband's muffin was burnt. please can you improve the way you heat water for tea, it just wasn't hot enough."

"We are a repeating guests in this hotel. The hotel services are excellent in the reactive services. If you ask, they make it happen (mostly). I would hope they could get a little bit better in the proactive services. I'm introvert and it is very uncomfortable for me to call the front desk. For example the rooms don't have a kettle for boiling hot water for tea etc. (They have the cups and teas there..) I'm a tea drinker and a bad sleeper and asking 5x a day to bring hot water to the room is very...

"This was a perfect experience for our family! Vegan breakfast options, as well as a delicious spread for all. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our rooms were each decorated with different themes and one was more well done than the next! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"Comfortable beds, helpful staff, clean and cozy. It's a small boutique hotel. Mostly quiet but some occasional noise from the outside hotel bar on weekends. A few things in the room were partly broken. For example, one of the charger ports did not work, the tissue dispenser was loose from the wall when you pulled a tissue out, and the shower head would wobble. These are minor things. Generally the stay was good."
