"This was a real fun place to stay with college age kids! The rooms are a little funky with only one bed but it’s large and shareable - you kinda have to climb into bed every night but the lounge downstairs is very convenient and has great space for sitting and watching TV or doing casual work or getting a coffee! Walkable. Loved this!"

"what an absolutely lovely calm oasis in the middle of Rome. The staff were attentive yet discrete - a unfussy wonderful place to spend our first visit to rome. Rooms were spacious, it was a delight to be able to open the window - yet the aircon was also perfect when needed. If you want somewhere welcoming and comfortable to spend time in a perfect location between the vatican and the colloseum - with a small but well stocked bar and welcoming warm staff, a great fresh contintental breakfast stay here - it's everything and more that you need"

"Very nice location. The bath tubs are cool but a little impractical as they are in the bedrooms. Rooms are a bit small for two large pieces of luggage. Lots of stairs (there is a lift but it is old). AC was on in late April so that was a bonus."
