Lovely old building right in the heart of Rome, on the busiest road but it was such a quiet room. Had everything we needed and was so central we could go back shower and change after exploring all day and then go out for dinner, walking distance to all the main sights. Perfect safe location would definitely stay here again

The apartment was great super clean. The only complaint is you can hear your neighbours like they are in the same room. Other than that I would recommend.

Didn’t know that my room was in an apartment building and then within another room to get to mine. Felt like I was in a college dorm. The room smelled like there were cats living there previously. The location was good. Convenient to get to the tourist attractions. Within walking distance to the Trevi fountain, the Colosseum and the Pantheon among other attractions.

Unfortunately the hot water wasn’t working most of my stay and I had someone in my room when I was out working on the hot water for the room next door. I felt irritated that someone was in my room when I was out with all my personal stuff inside. It’s fine it’s it’s one of the cleaners

This hotel was perfect location to walk to all the major attractions like the Trevi fountains, Pantheon, and colosseum. Short bus ride to Vatican. Staff was very helpful and there was a lot to choose from for breakfast at 15 euros per person. Definitely would stay at hotel again.

The check in location is a little far from the actual hotel, so you do have a couple walk block after you get your key. The location is in the heart of Rome and easy to get to all of the attractions. It is a little noisy (as to be expected) and the room didn’t get super cool with the AC, but that is fairly standard in Europe. The lights in the building were always off which was a little strange. Overall it’s an affordable stay in a busy area, with gelato right outside.

In my opinion they are are underselling what you actually get here. I found this the perfect location for a two night stay in the very centre of Rome. Check-in although at a sister site just just a little down the street is quick, friendly and right next to a delicious well priced bakery. The room was fantastic. I went for a balcony room which was a great touch and great place to relax after exploring Rome. The room came with seperate communal lounge area with kitchen facility. This serviced the three rooms on our level. Thabk you for making the stay so enjoyable

La ubicación está excelente, la propiedad buena, pero para hacer el check in y check out es un poco complicado, el personal es muy amable. El ruido es demasiado y el baño tenía bastantes oportunidades en limpieza. La habitación es pequeña pero es linda.

It was no reception and for any questions or queries we should have walk to another building and talk to reception so imagine if anything was happening during the night and you need help so it was no one at our hotel

We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready yet. Be aware that the place you are staying is not the same place the reception is! The man at the reception was lovely and welcoming. He was friendly and helpful. When we got our key to the room it was a bit disappointing. The room was about a 5 minute walk away from the reception. It seemed a bit bland and the view from the window was other people’s apartments which was a bit strange. The air con in the room did not work. The lowest it went to was 18 degrees which was unbearable. The wifi didn’t work which was also disappointing. The worst thing about the room was that it was infested with ants. They were everywhere and a few even made it up to the bed. Disgusting! We were on the 3rd floor with no balcony so the cleanliness of the room was the issue for there to be ants crawling around. The good thing about the room was the location. It was located near the Victor Emmanuel Monument and a short walk from the Trevi Fountain. Very central location but the overall cleanliness and lack of functioning facilities would make me not recommend or book again.

Tellement bien situé c'était incroyable. Sauf quil faisait vraiment très très chaud La climatisation laisse à désirer. Il faudrait vraiment en acheter une qui fonctionne bien. Nous aurions aimé avoir un long miroir dans la chambre. Le matelas creuse vers le centre aussi. Mais sinon juste pour l'emplacement et le prix je recommande.

Friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue with the AC and they helped us. Well located if you want to be close to the main sightseeing. Rooms are ok, the pictures are better than in person. But if you are out all day it’s not a big deal.

Super schönes Zimmer in einer sehr guten Location. Alles ist von dort aus gut zu erreichen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer Service hervorragend. Ich würde das Zimmer wieder buchen. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine weitere Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer, z. B ein kleiner Sessel. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt
