While the location is close to the Trevi Fountain, in reality Rome is so walkable that most hotels will be near food and shops. It is extremely busy and noisy. "I was not satisfied with the service I received. I booked a room for four people, but upon arrival, I was told that although I had paid for a room for four, only two people were allowed to stay. This made no sense and was very frustrating. I was then charged an additional €80 for the two extra guests, which I find completely unreasonable and unacceptable.
