Overall I would rate the hotel as excellent. However, the 1st day as soon as my wife & I entered the room, someone called to ask me to pay the room charges, which I had definitely paid online! After my argument, it was quiet.... But the horror haunted back at the last evening before our check-out! First, we were locked out of our room; so we had to return to the Receptionist, which is a distance away, to get both our proximity cards reset! Then, at about 11.15pm, when the hotel guests are supposed to rest, we got a call to ask me to settle the room charges again... Of course, I disputed. But, I could not sleep well after the incident! I hope you can forward my feedback to the hotel management to look into this serious breach of guest' privacy and bad manner of the staff, which reflects their poor training....
