"Amazing and very helpful staff. We arrived and were welcomed with free drinks and cheese platter while our luggage was delivered to our room. The hotel also helped with getting to a convenient parking with a big discount. They also arranged an early checkout and booked a taxi for us to the port. "This hotel was truly amazing. It was our favourite stay on Chania. The staff are so kind. They recommended wonderful spots for travelling near Rethymno, and for delicious food in town. "Sköna sängar och kuddar. Trevlig personal. Bra AC. Ren och fin pool. Bra frukost. Parkering finns men är liten och rymmer 3-4 bilar. Annars gäller parkering på gatan, vilket kan vara svårt. Rekommenderar hotellet. Inte billigt, ligger bra till stranden. "

"C’est un appartement avec kitchenette, avec fourniture de 2 petites bouteilles d’eau par jour, du café, des sachets de thé. Serviettes de toilette changées quotidiennement, produits shampoing … regarnis tous les jours. Ménage et lit fait tous les jours. Personnels aimables et orientés client et cela semble naturel chez les crétois. Petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et copieux. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous choisirons à nouveau ce logement à notre prochain voyage en Crête."
