"Beautiful hotel on a quiet street, across the road from and beside little cafés. The weather was cooler, so didn't try the pool or back terrace, which first attracted us to the property, but they were lovely. The room was comfortable and quiet - the boutique aspect of the hotel really made it a relaxing place. But the stand out for us was the included breakfast. Far better than any included breakfast I have had anywhere ever, and everything was freshly made. Well worthy spending a bit extra on...

"I was greeted by reception as soon as I entered the lobby. Airport transfers were easily arranged by contacting the hotel by email. While there isn’t a restaurant on site the restaurant next door takes your order and it is delivered to your room. It worked out well."

"When we arrived Nico came straight out to help with our luggage. He was really helpful with all the details of the hotel. We were given a free drink at the bar and the two barmaids were excellent. My husband said best negroni he’d had. Next morning the manager came to introduce herself during breakfast, asking if there was anything we needed help with, obviously very confident in the standard of her hotel as she should be. Breakfast was the best we’ve had throughout South America. We asked for an...

"Overall a nice property, great location, clean, and well kept. Check-in was smooth and automized.
Unfortunately the lobby of the popular smelled like urine. We contacted the property after our first night to share this and see if they could do a deeper clean of the reception. They said they would but the remaining days of our stay the odor remained.
Additionally during our stay in the rooms next to ours there were very loud, unsettling noises that kept us awake until 3am on the weekend. I...

"The apartment is very small and is for no more than 2 people. They listed the apartment for about 4 -6 people. They don’t have a front desk or a place to take care of the luggage. I didn’t like this place at all. The heater didn’t work and they never fixed it. I paid very high amount for this place compared with friends that traveled with us and got better places and prices."
