"The staff was not very helpful. We went to the reception 4 times for various questions, and only once they were friendly.
Worst part was that the air conditioner did not work. When I asked the receptionist about this, they said they have turned them off and will not turn them back on.
It was very warm and noisy in Palermo, and even with the window open, it was not very comfortable in addiction to the noise."
"Hotel was lovely the staff were very helpful and house keeping did a great job looking after our room. We also struggled with the air conditioning which will be a problem in the height is summer also pool wasn’t open
The down side was the location it proved very costly to get taxis. There was a shuttle that was brilliant but left the city at 5.30 pm so if you were out later the taxi was 40+€"
