What gets the negative feedback is the scrap pile area at the end of the building which happened to be the other side of the wall of my room that is random debris and extra items , I know it’s out in the country but get a storage bin or conex box. "The price what unbelievable for being a summer weekend the staff was very good at communicating before, during and after checking in I was a little scared since I read some bad reviews about the deposit however that was not my case after a few days I got my deposit back the bed was comfortable and it was a nice quiet 2 nights, the location was key for me since it’s close by emerald bay and pope beach I would definitely recommend to stay her if you wanna visit Lake Tahoe in a friendly budget."

"Location is okay. Right next to laundromat and a sushi restaurant. The place it self is pretty run down and old. Alot of the repairs look like a landlords special. The room is super hot and you have to leave the ac on for a while. If you turn the ceiling fan on, all the hot air pushes down. Not well insulated. "The room was grossly overpriced and misrepresented in the photos and descriptions - no screens on any door or window, no umbrella for the deck, no fan, no microwave, etc. Staff said screens have been backordered since last April."

"Cozy and beautiful cabin. You will really need to have a suv or any high clearance car to park in the driveway due to the steepiness of the driveway(included in the instructions.)
