"I’m shocked this hotel is rated so high. The bed was very uncomfortable, pillows worse. The walls are paper thin. I heard people all night. Hardly any lighting and the room smelt like cat pee and cigarettes. Not to mention dust everywhere and the bathroom mirror was dirty. Not a good place to stay. "

"We were in Room 220. The door was ajar when we got there. The carpet was wet. The light by the door was very dim. I went to turn on the light by the bed and the nob to turn the switch was broken. The other lights in the room was for the bathroom sink and the toilet/tub area. I took the lamp from the bed area to the front desk and asked for another. There were none available. Maintenance came by about 10 minutes later with a lamp for the bedside and he noticed we did not have a desk lamp. He came...

"Dirty"

"The rooms were fine, big enough and with a kitchen. Our double queen bed room that I booked online wasn’t available anymore but they got us an extra room for no additional cost except the $100 deposit. The area is a little loud with traffic and there was what appeared to be a person living in a trailer in the parking lot that had a dog, which barked occasionally when someone went by. "

"In my opinion Filthy. This whole hotel needs a deep cleaning and update. Room was dirty. Stove, walls, and window area. Main bed cover had various stains, even what looked like blood. This was booked as a room for 5. Had to request a roll in bed. Which was delived but no bed linen was delivered. Went down to ask for bedding/pillows and had to stand and wait as the desk person played on his phone. He just ignore us. Final got bedding sent up. Had to call down again because the pillows didnt...

"I’m giving this hotel a positive review mainly because of one amazing staff member, Tee. I stayed here for two nights, and the room I was first given was not suitable at all. However, Mr. Tee quickly took care of the situation and provided me with a much better room. The hotel itself was not perfect and could use improvements in some areas, but Tee’s kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness made my stay much better. I am truly grateful to him, and that’s why I decided to leave a positive...
