"Veronica made a smooth check-in for us and was very patient when explaining amenities around facilitiy rooms where pretty spacious and updated and the bed where made to perfection and very clean housekeeping your doing amazing as will thank you for making our stay comfortable"

"The initial room we were assigned had an unpleasant odor, which we identified as cat urine. We were subsequently moved to a different room. Unfortunately, in the second room, the shower only provided cold water. We found this experience quite disappointing."

"I cannot remember the last time I submitted a bad review. We found a long black hair under the sheets and small black hair in the shower. I took photos to show the manager but was so exhausted from the day with the grandkids at the water slides I just went with it. I have had way worse growing up but for those who are picky just be prepared."
