"Beautiful beach view "

"Rooms were clean, resort is well laid out, views are lovely, pool and games room was great for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Despite all this the hotel hasn’t really understood that people need coffee in the morning. The resort is off the beaten path so you can’t just pop out and get one. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker but only two pods (for four guests) are provided. After using those we asked if we could get/pay for more pods and we could not. We asked if we could buy...

"Excellent breakfast and waiters/ waitresses. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. My only issue was with the room cleaning because tea/milk/sugar were not replenished by the cleaner for two days running. "

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, I chose the pool side room. It has a really nice view of the mountains. Would recommend this hotel, it’s right in front of the sea and has a lot of restaurants and shops at a walking distance. "

"The property was conveniently located. The staff was kind, the breakfast was delicious. The pool was closed and the backyard garden was tiny. We never saw the library. Our room was of comfortable size but the bathroom door looks like it’s beginning to fall apart. The balcony was tiny and the streets are loud. The curtains do a decent job keeping the sound away. "

"Great seafront hotel which has clearly undergone some recent renovations. Room was very spacious but lacked sufficient storage. There was a lot of wasted space in my opinion. For example banquet seating where ideally there should have been drawers or more hanging space. Similarly the bathroom was large but very little storage space. Was also disappointed that the rooftop pool was drained. This is seasonal but if this is important to you then I would suggest you confirm that this will be open on...

"The room was very good, the hotel property itself was a bit dated overall but the breakfast was very good and it was nice for a one night stay close to the airport. The shuttle was a 40 minute wait to be picked up from the airport, going to the airport the next morning was every 20 minutes, the shuttle drivers were very dry and mostly unhelpful both times we rode never a smile or helpful info like what terminal we were arriving at or what airlines were at the terminals.. would have been helpful....
