Delightful

I liked everything. This hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in quite a few in my time. Even the breakfast was good.

Excellent place to stay, staff were friendly, pool was open 24/7. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would have liked different would be if cutlery and plates/bowls were provided. We went to the Albertsons, two minutes away, and bought some so it wasn't the end of the world. Am definitely planning on returning as they clearly care about the clientele.

Very comfortable well equipped room. Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff, couldn't fault it.

I would love to return to this hotel but will wait till it's finished! Spacious condo like apartments with everything you need, including washer, drier etc. Large comfy bed, large bathroom. Good size balcony. Various pools including a quiet one if you need to chill. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times the food was excellent! As I said the only downside is the building work, we were next to one of them, work starts early in the morning even at the weekend. it was noisy!

We only stayed at Club Intrawest Palm Desert for one night after a busy few days visiting Vegas and The Grand Canyon. It was just what we needed. We stayed in one of the 1 bedroomed apartments which was plenty big enough for our family with 2 grown up children. Our children were old enough to use all the pools and so we chose an adult only pool near our accommodation. The staff were very helpful and efficient with check in and the facilities were excellent. There were laundries in each apartment...

Night Staff naming Will was extremely helpful and supportive. Room was clean and of good size.

Reception were great on arrival mentioned that we were hot after saying Joshua Tree and we’re given two bottles of water- spacious suite and very good public areas except limited basic pool area

The room was clean and the grounds and pool were also. Staff were very good indeed. The Breakfast was a full cooked breakfast and cereals etc, and the staff were excellent. The restaurant was spotless. The only thing that could do with some attention is the lack of silly things like the bath tap coming out of the wall was loose and the shower wasn’t the best . Hard to beat this Hotel

Stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bed condo in "Villa 1". Excellent condition - looked as though it has been recently renovated. One of best / largest that we've stayed in. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Reception staff were a joy. Friendly and accommodating.
