The rooms were very clean and nice. Pool area is within gated area so didnt have to worry about outside people. Staff was very friendly no matter who we passed if maintenance, breakfast staff or front desk all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with made to order omelettes and everything else you could need. I definetely would stay there again

AC was down the first night. Reservation were not complete due to using 3rd party reservation service. (Expedia) Exterior walkways were in need of painting. Exterior doors were dirty. Furniture in rooms need replacing or upgrading. Bathroom/ shower needs some TLC. Wallpaper around shower is coming off and caulking is peeling off wall and doors. We will not be staying here again. On the plus side, the front desk staff was very professional and helpfull.

I am writing to formally request a full refund for our recent stay at your property, as the conditions were unacceptable and far below the standards expected of an Embassy Suites hotel. During our stay, we experienced multiple serious issues: No towels were available at the pool on several occasions. Mold was present in the bathtubs in two different rooms. Both rooms had broken tub stoppers. Towels provided were old and felt like worn rags. We found hair inside the drawers, which prevented us from unpacking. Breakfast service used plastic utensils, which was unexpected for this level of hotel. Upon late check-in, the lobby floor was being mopped, and we were asked to wait until it dried before checking in. There was a persistent unpleasant odor in the room. Furniture, including couches, appeared run-down and poorly maintained. We initially raised concerns and were moved to another room; however, the same issues were present there as well. This occurred late at night, leaving us with no reasonable option but to remain and endure the conditions. Most concerning, due to the mold and non-functioning tub stoppers, we were unable to safely bathe ourselves or our children during the entire stay. This created a significant level of discomfort and concern for our family. Given these circumstances, I believe a full refund is warranted. The experience did not meet even basic cleanliness and functionality standards, let alone those associated with your brand.

I recently stayed at this hotel and the overall experience was okay. The property seemed noticeably understaffed, which affected service throughout my stay. There is nobody to answer the phone when you call for assistance. The pool area was another letdown—there were no towels available, they are not restocked quickly given the fact that the pool was not even busy. It took 1-2 hours for them to restock. The suite was very spacious, however, the bathroom was quite small and felt cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. Breakfast was also underwhelming. We had to ask for sausages and bacon from the omelette station, these items should’ve been more accessible. The omelette station is another disappointment, it took us 30-45 minutes to get the omelette. Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements in staffing, amenities, and breakfast offerings are definitely needed to provide a better guest experience.

The hotel is alright, but it could use a bit of a refresh. The housekeeping and front desk staff are friendly. Just a heads-up: the room phone doesn’t work for calls, so you’ll need to head to the front desk to get what you need. The kitchen/breakfast area wasn’t quite up to par for me. I understand the staff might be a bit frustrated and a bit short-tempered, especially with so many people and not enough staff. They only have one server at the omelette station where the bacon and sausage are, which is a bit of a setup issue. Plus, there’s no meat outside the buffet, so you’ll have to wait in line for that too. The line is pretty long. I suggested to my kids that they grab what they want at the buffet, and I’d get their omelette. Two of my kids were in line with me to get their dad and grandma, who can’t stand for 30 minutes because of a medical issue, but the staff probably didn’t realize it. The person in front of me got three for her kids, so I figured I could get some for others in the family. I think I might have misunderstood the sign about one omelette per person. It seems like they want the person to be present in line to get the omelette, which could make the line even longer. The person behind me got upset and confronted me, which was a bit frustrating. I’m not sure what the management’s thinking behind that. Maybe it’s a cost-cutting measure. If the bacon and sausage are out of that station, perhaps we could just skip the omelette.

We were there during spring break and there were a lot of families. The property was extremely dirty. Full trash cans outside of rooms, two dirty diapers on the ground, trash left on tables overnight. In general, there didn’t seem to be much effort to keep things clean and tidy. The room was a little shabby and had a bit of a smell. I will not be returning.

I'm just disappointed that Happy Hour used to start at 5:00 PM but now begins at 5:30 PM, and breakfast—which used to run from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM—now ends at 9:00 AM. They cut an hour off; they really should go back to the old schedule.

The property was nice. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable but the couch in the front room looked very old and was very caved in. I’m glad one of our kids did not end up going with us so we didn’t end up needing that sleeping space. Breakfast was good but the wait was long.

Staff are very nice. Rooms are a little dirty and the property is messy. The breakfast had one server and the line is a very long wait so we left. The bartender is very nice, I was just disappointed with the overall experience. Had higher expectations.

$15 a day to park here. Be sure to take that into consideration when booking. Kinda crazy they charge you to park your entire stay when your renting a room

My daughter and I had an excellent experience at your property. Sarah at the front desk was very helpful and helped me with becoming a Hilton Honors member. Omar from the housekeeping staff was also very nice and was able to help me with getting me the towels I requested. He also checked with us daily to see if we needed anything from them. If we ever need a place to stay we will definitely be back, the staff was very accommodating and nice.

It was Spring Break and the staff was overwhelmed and the pool and amenities were basically unusable due to over crowding. It was loud and my room was by the elevator which was extremely annoying
