Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel

"Went for an overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby was nice as well. The pool area probably should have been swept from the prior day's use. There was food under pool chairs. Also, the pool entry says not outside food or drink but most of the people using the pool had brought their own food/drinks. There was also an an "adults only" hot tub that was FULL of kids. If they are going to have rules they should probably enforce them."

"The room was fine. The cleaning was great. The only thing I would change in the rooms would be the steam iron. We need to have regular irons with ironing boards in the rooms. Those steam irons take too long to heat up and there’s nothing flat that we can lay our clothes down to steam it correctly without water dripping on it. But other than that, everything was fine"

"We were a big group, a total of 8 rooms used for my nieces party at the pool area, we had such a great time, the staff were very nice, everything was so clean, the staff at the front counter were helpful, definitely a come back!!!!"
