2nd stay here and last.
Dated and over priced. Rooms dated and no soundproofing. Requested and had confirmed by email - 2 rooms apart for privacy between ourselves and our son and his wife. Arrived rooms next to each other. After a discussion we were moved. But it was protracted and unnecessary.
Not enough beds around the adult pool. Poorly designed. Just concrete… You pay this amount and find everyone looking for a bed on a waitlist by 11am or having to lie on the concrete. Stop serving at 5pm despite sunset being much later.
Every room service was wrong. No refund for incorrect items offered.
Breakfast average at the restaurant very slow service.
Look at the boutique hotels like LHorizon if you are adults only.
The Edge Restaurant however is well worth a visit. Special mention to Scotty who is exceptional and very much made our night. Absolute professional and people reader - who knows his clients.
