"A really lovely city centre hotel in a perfect place in Palma. We had a lovely big room, which was all new and well appointed. Bathroom all modern as well. Breakfast was fine and the rooftop bar was a nice treat. All in all, very recommended. I’d probably have given 4-and-a-half stars if it were possible because the street noise was a problem, so if you’re a light sleeper as for a room AWAY from the main road and as high as possible. The refuse collection and street cleaning and late revellers...

"The check-in process was fast and the employee who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We loved the room. It had a lot of character and was spacious. The hotel looks out onto a nice square with a lot of restaurant options. It is also situated in a nice area, within walking distance to shopping, the water, and the cathedral. I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent staff and beautiful view"

"Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, ist sauber und hat freundliches Personal. Wir haben es für eine Nacht gebucht."

"This hotel was horrible and such a disappointment for a 4 star. Upon arrival the staff failed to tell us their indoor pool overflowed, we had no hot water, our room smelled like sewage, and they never offered a credit. Would not recommend this spot. It felt like we were in the Dominican."

"Great location, 5 mins walk to the cathedral, close to lovely bars, restaurants, shops and the marina. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean and lovely little roof terrace with view of the cathedral. Would definitely stay here again."

"The first thing I have to say is OMG the air conditioning!! We were there during an insanely hot season and as soon as we walked into the room I was in heaven. We stayed at a few different hotels in other cities and the AC was definitely not up to American standards, as is the case in most of Europe. This place had literally the best air conditioning of any hotel in Europe I have ever stayed. Bravo!!"

"Didn’t love the area right outside the door of the hotel. I definitely wouldn’t want to be there alone as a female at night. But the hotel itself was beautiful and it walkable to everything you’d want to see. The staff was awesome. The bed was ok."

"Brilliant hotel, clean, lovely breakfast with a proper coffee. Staff on reception genuinely friendly and gave great recommendations for bars and food. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax and appreciated the pool towels in the room too. Felt really safe as a solo female traveller. Wish I’d have stayed for longer :)"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint boutique hotel (only 13 rooms). Our room was large with plenty of closet storage. Additionally the walk in shower was awesome, there just needs to be more storage shelves in the bathroom and wall hooks to hang towels. The daily breakfast included was plentiful, with made to order omelettes, fruit, yogurt, meat slices, cheeses, bread, rolls and delicious desserts. Lastly the specialty coffee machine was a treat along with free mimosas. We highly...

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Ein tolles Hotel zu einem fairen Preis, mit leckerem Essen und guter Lage. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Palma de Mallorca zu entdecken. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"They have a washing machine, that it’s a brilliant idea, very convenient, to improve the experience I would include a foldable drying rack since the machine dries up to 60%. Staff was very nice, informative and helpful. The room was clean and organized."
