"Food good ,Rooms clean very disappointed even though clear signs about not doing so still towels reserving sunbeds & nothing done . Barking dogs and flight path would potentially put me off re visit but obviously nothing hotel can do about that ."

"The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable. However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction."

"Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war hell und groß, allerdings war die Dusche direkt im Zimmer (also kein separates Bad). In Spanien gibt es strenge Raucherregelungen, auf dem Balkon oder direkt neben den Liegen am Pool darf man nicht rauchen. Das Hotel lag direkt am Strand und fußläufig vom Bierkönig/Megapark entfernt. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Rundum sehr zufrieden gewesen, würde ich auf jeden Fall...

Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. One morning we scheduled room service for a time indicated on their ordering card (10 am - 10:15 am); it arrived at 10:40 am after a phone call.
