"Refrigerator ice maker leaked no ice available. Toilet constantly kept running after flushing. Beds were very old and worthless for any good sleep. Carpet in room and in the hallway were old and disgusting. Hallway carpet had ridges and was not flat on floor. Airconditioning did not work properly."

"The lake was the highlight. The staff at the front desk were not the best honestly. The manager Sarah was not skilled at guest relations. She was defensive and arrogant. Her only aim was to get the last word in. She did not listen well nor was she able to put herself in the guests shoes. In short she did not have the skill set for dealing with guests. The pool was great and they had a decent size jacuzzi. We loved that they had a hotel restaurant that offered breakfast in the morning & you could order lunch and dinner for room service. "Location is very convenient, 10minute-drive to Legoland, another plus is they have free parking shared within a plaza with restaurants, coffeeshop and even a gas station. The suite is perfect for 2+days stay specially the kitchenette and dining table in the living room. One minor off for us is the dishwasher, it has rust and not well maintained."

"This is an old boutique hotel. Had to ask for a bellman, ice and our car from the valet several times before they responded. The breakfast burrito from room service was good. Maid service was good. The pool is just ok. The rooms are very noisy. Couldn’t sleep because of road noise, light in the room, frig running and could hear the neighbors in there room, opening there door and walking up and down the stairs. No elevators. The bed was comfortable."
