There was a cigarette burn hole in the blanket on my bed and there was a burned incense stick on the top of the door sill as if it was used by the staff to mask the cigarette smell. I went there to take my babies swimming and the website says the pool is open but when we went to go go swim, the front desk told us it was permanently closed until May."
