"Place is clean and they clean the common area every time someone checks out, which given the nature of this listing (private rooms in shared apartment) can be daily / every two days.
Very convenient location with great public transport connections, restaurants around and supermarket literally next door. Great for few days.
The main entrance of a building can sometimes be jammed and you need to wrestle with it to get it open. The key simply won’t turn until you hit some sweet spot or...

"Clean, modern, central with a comfortable bed and excellent shower, which was a plus. There are a few steps to complete the self check in, but it’s automated online so I found it easy and convenient. All the information is provided upfront during that process, door codes, WiFi, location etc. Only a few small downsides, it’s on the ground floor so opening the window for fresh air is a bit awkward, water temperature and pressure is also a bit hard to control, it is quite small (fine for 2 people...

"The property was well kept and clean, the checking in process however could not have been more confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. We were asked to contact the host 20mins before arrival(we did) and we sent an additional reminder to be helpful and respect her time, yet it was clear she didn’t respect ours. Not only does the address not show up on maps(any version),but she left two women basically stranded on a corner on a random street in Madrid waiting for her to let us in. when she did...

"At first,we were provided a room which did not match the one shown as the pictures on Expedia’s website. The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio. We tried to contact the host , they were not very helpful at the beginning, saying the pictures are taken from different apartments, after a long communication, they move us to a bigger apartment which is better.
We just want to...
