"New hotel .All was fine, except that the parking entry bars where defective. Helpfull team. Perfect to go by light rail to Brussels. The Dirgem station is 3 min walking away."

"Uitstekend verblijf gehad. Kamer was ruim, schoon en verzorgd. Personeel heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Gent zien ze ons hier zeker weer terug!"

"Accommodatie erg netjes, mooie grote kamers. Wc in dezelfde ruimte was een minpunt. Jammer dat er ook geen toiletborstel was. Parkeren was belachelijk: 20 euro per 24 uur, zeker omdat het ook niet mogelijk was om in de buurt gratis te parkeren. Ontbijt was op zaterdag oké (we waren vroeg en alles was aanwezig) Zondag slecht. Het was druk en een groot deel was op en werd te laat aangevuld. Aangezien ik dit al eerder heb gelezen vraag ik me af of ze in dit hotel leren van de feedback."

"This is a very new hotel in excellent condition. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaints are as follows: the restaurant is not open on weekends, though I was able to order a lovely dinner from a limited menu and ate it in the bar area; there were no plugs near the bed ( I couldn’t find any in the bedroom area) so I had to use the bathroom plug to charge my phone and couldn’t use my cpap. "Great hotel close by airport with a courtesy shuttle. No dining choices adjacent to property so we dined here and were impressed. Great choice for making an early am flight. Helpful, friendly staff at every encounter."

"Room cleaning is very random, during 4 nights stay I only got room clean once, and the last day stay I put on dnd and room cleaner slamming on the door at 9am asking if room clean is needed There’s no such bad room cleaning service I have ever been through"
