Lovely apartment in a great location. Easy to access. As it was a one night stay we didn’t get milk so a few sachets would be a nice touch to have a cup of tea the next morning, but overall highly recommend.

This was our best stay on the Camino. Absolutely loved the location, and the homey feel. It was roomy and fully equipped. My only complaint would be that the hot water tank was only good for 1 1/2 showers. Be sure to space out your showers or you will end with a cold shower.

The place was nice ,clean, modern, great location , i didn't like that there is no one on site to help. Its a totally automated system , there is a big problem with this situation and its that you can't leave your bags at the property because once you check out the access codes stop working so you can't access the property again. I think that every hotel should provide the option to store your luggage for a few hours, this system doesnt allow for that. I think I wouldn't stay here again just because of that, hope you guys can find a solution, im sure im not the only person who went thru that, I saw other guests just waiting around because they knew that once they left they wouldn't be allowed to come back in. Just hire someone to stay at the front desk and you can fix this problem, make your storage room available for luggage storage, very simple.

Perfect apartment close to all the festivities for San Fermin. It had all the amenities we needed and was easy to access and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

We had to ask for a top sheet/cover for the fold out sofa, got it for the second night. It took several days to figure out the stove and air conditioning for the second floor. Overall good. We would stay there again.

My room blinds were broken and there was no blanket on the bed, only sheets. I stayed two nights. Contacted them about the problem the day I arrived. The problem was never solved. Temperature dropped the second day. Couldn’t sleep because I was cold and from the street lights. Sadly I received a response via WhatsApp after I had already checked out. There is no one on the premises to address problems.

L'hebergement est très bien placé dans le vieux Pampelune. Le parking payant (mais prix raisonnable) à proximité était très bien et le funiculaire gratuit une vrai aubaine pour s'y rendre. Le logement est tout neuf et manque un peu de vaisselle et produit d'entretien basiques. La literie est parfaite. Un petit porte manteau ou patère aurait été pratique à l'entrée, ca manque de petit meuble pour y poser sac, lunettes.... Il manquerait un mode d'emploi pour la clim car assez bruyante la nuit alors qu'on pourrait la programmer. On entend les voisins et les bruits dans le couloir mais étant dans un vieux bâtiment rénové c'est compréhensible. Les autres locataires étaient respectueux quand nous y étions.

Publica entrega de código con 24 h pero entrega 30 min antes, miércoles sin ruido pero jueves con ruido de la calle y del apartamento superior. Caído el burlete de la puerta del plato de ducha lo que hacía que se mojará todo y al no haber fregona no se podía recoger. Tb hubiera sido conveniente un escurridor y un trapo en la cocina además de la fregona

Excellent logement, beau et pratique. Propre, idéalement situé dans le vieux centre. Quartier tranquille mais à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Et possible de visiter la Vieille ville et tous les lieux d intérêt à pied. On peut même aller à pied à la gare de bus. Des lignes de bus nombreuses à proximité. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande vivement. Séjour en famille avec trois enfants ... Idéal, seul ou accompagné.
