"We loved the big pool, the lazy river and the convenience of having the beach just steps away! The hotel was beautiful and clean.
The staff were helpful and nice everywhere ant the hotel except in the little gift shop by the pool. I would not order food or buy things in that poolside shop again. The pizza was actually decent but the women working there act like you are invisible. I waited for like 15 minutes by myself first in line yet they kept working in front of me like I wasn’t there. I didn’t know I had to fill out an order form first. No one said anything to me. It was a very strange encounter and vibe."
