I loved my stay. The views were unbelievable. The Host is responsive and very accommodating. The staff was ok well never really saw them much but the place was clean. It was like your own high rise apartment with roof top pool. Totally worth it. I love the views cant stop saying it. Well worth the visit.

Before my arrival to the apartment I had asked for photos so that I would know what to expect instead I was assured that the place was up to standard. However, Upon my arrival I was disappointed in the way the bnb did not meet my expectations or looked like what was listed . When entering the place I was greeted with an awful smell that caused my partner to have an allergic reaction, along with such smell the place was infested with roaches , there were stains on almost everything, the water heater didn’t work and the air conditioning in the living room leaked . With so many disappointing factors I felt the need to leave . I reached out to the property manager via Expedia no response and when I went to the property staff downstairs instead of accommodating me with a cleaner environment they took the key and left me homeless.

It was ok but the beds need to upgrade and the pillows need changes staff was great all do they dont speak English i think the apt need 2 staff that also speak English because it was so hard for us to understand the staff are the security i did enjoy my stay also the tv need to update with some movies i didn't get to watch no tv because when i put it on YouTube and start to watch a movie it keep chip in out but otherwise from that it was great

Apartment looks horrible, disgusting and smell terrible. Bed doesn’t even have decent quality sheets, bed bugs , dirty restroom , bad shape furniture. I PLEASE BOOK ANOTHER PLACE or a different apartment. Expedia been trying to block my honest reviews social media already seen this!

Lo que no me gustó es que hay deterioro en partes del piso, uno de los colchones de las camas estaba ya desgastado, había animalitos (tatasjuanes) por todos lados, deberían fumigar, uno de los aires acondicionados no funcionaba, no hay un teléfono que dirija a la recepción para cualquier duda, al reservar debería decir él nombre completo del edificio porque fue un problema adivinar cual torre era, ya que en realidad se llama Quartier Atlapa no Boutiques Apartaments Atlapa, estuvimos dando vueltas preguntando y eso molestó al chofer de mi taxi.

Upon entering the apartment, we were immediately hit with a strong musty odor. The unit did not match the appearance or standards shown on Expedia. The conditions were unacceptable, and we chose not to stay. Despite providing photo evidence of the issues, the host refused to issue a refund, claiming a “professional team” had cleaned the unit. The sheets on the bed were visibly stained and appeared unwashed. The bed frames were dirty, and the towels—meant to be white—were a dingy brown. There was mold present, particularly around the door frames, which were blackened and coated in dust. The AC units were filthy. Several walls throughout the unit were unfinished, and the bathroom was especially unsanitary.

Great Stay

The apartment is across the street from Gran Sheraton Panama. Overall, the apartment is good. The reception is friendly and helpful. There are limited restaurants in the area but uber is an easy means to move in the city. The building has a great view from the top of the hotel where the pool is found. I didn't have a need for a TV as there was one in the apartment but no access to cable TV you needed your own source to watch movies or other programs. The owner was always in contact with me to find out whether my stay was going good.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It looked exactly like the photos shown online and everything was in good working order. Everything provided was adequate for me and my family however I suggest that for larger families, additional utensils (saucepans, cutlery etc) should be provided. The host was very responsive to any queries and I would definitely stay there again.

The area was great, just a short walk to many great places to eat and the supermarket. We enjoyed the facilities and the staff was always friendly and easy to deal with/talk to. Fantastic place to stay.

The reception has torn old furniture. The property smells, pool did not work, no bedspread and would not provide one. No one on the property talk with. The apartment was old, paint peeling, blinds torn, dirty, just terrible. I would not suggest this property to anyone regardless how cheap it is
