"Check in was great, the staff was friendly and professional! The room was clean and a great space to relax."

"I was in the lobby at about 1a sat night/sun morning with a fully paid expedia reservation; no one was at front desk, there was a # to call, Kelly; spoke to her , was very rude said she was not on the property and can’t help me, said expedia is terrible and they “overbooked”; I said that is generally a good problem? she took offense and threatened to call the police to remove me from the premises and hung up. Ouch!! Not a good look, this new to be reported to higher levels. Happy to discuss...

"The first room we were given had a VERY HEAVY stale smoke smell. We were switched to another room on the 3rd floor, which was only accessible by a stairwell on the sides of the building as the Elevators have not been working. The side doors had no security locks. Anyone could enter at any time. The TV had no remote and was not hooked up to any type of satellite/cable."

"Pros : Close to highway, nice park close, Sound structure (tornado warnings) felt safe. Cons: * Poor security (anyone could walk in any exterior door) * LVT floor decent but needs mopped regularly * Wood furniture is deteriorating * Please clean windows inside * Stayed 4 days / 3 nights... no one ever emptied trash, brought new bath towels, or changed sheets. * Gym, ha ha ha. I think 5 pieces of equipment older than me (68)...

"The jet tub took at least a half hour to fill to where the jets kicked in, however the water never got above lukewarm! It took 5-10 minutes for the sink hot water to only get lukewarm! This was unacceptable, we couldn’t even take a shower in lukewarm water! There were communication issues with Expedia and The Hazeltine Owner, not responding to our messages."

"The grounds are beautiful. Sit on the chairs and watch the sunset! Had the queen room, small but had everything that you need. Shower is small and shower head is not very high. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating! We will definitely return!"

"Breakfast was wholesome and delicious with many offerings. The oatmeal was particularly good. Shout out to the breakfast area attendant, Katrina, who was very gracious and welcoming! The parking area was convenient, safe and well lit. The room was clean and comfortable."

"This is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious with a gorgeous view of the lake. They have coffee stations on every floor which is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful."
