The staff in the bar, restaurant and hotel were all very nice and happy to help in any request that we had. "Can't really fault the property itself but the card keys that you need to get in room lifts pretty much everywhere hardly ever worked had to go to reception a few times because we couldn't get in our room.Quite a few guests we spoke to had the same issue."

"Stayed for one night, which happened to be the hottest night of the year. Not the hotels fault, but the window in the room would not open. Hotel did supply fans but made little difference. "Really poor experience overall. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and we found numerous hairs in the bathroom which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. On departure, no one even asked how our stay was. Won’t be returning."
