"The staff was good and the property was decent, my problem was with a stopped up toilet that ended up being the main line stopped, I even tried to unstop the toilet with a plunger. I was not offered any compensation for my stay, I was told "leave now and you can have a refund" We had nowhere else to go at that time of night and no hotels had vacancies, not even the Breezy Palms. "My room was the Twilight garden view suite. My travel companion stayed in the waterfront Manatee room. Both are sparkling clean, had plenty of bath linens, and a good supply of drinks and snacks.
