"The property location and staff was excellent. The only concern we experienced was the use of laundry service which did not work as expected. Continues issue with washer and dryer let us loose few hours to get it done. The hotel staff did help with broken machines but the amount of time spent to get laundry done was over 4 hours. The food quality was excellent too. The staff in breakfast area was excellent and loved the reception and respect they displayed during all days stay at the hotel."

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is great with a good selection of food. There’s a shuttle service to the beach and to eat street. The laundry service is also good value. Stayed for 10 days this time and would recommend it highly for the overall vibe."

While the property generally maintains high standards of cleanliness, the expansive interconnected pool requires more consistent maintenance—specifically the isolated section accessible via the left side of the sandy lagoon entrance. Furthermore, while the breakfast buffet provides a commendable variety, the culinary experience would be further elevated by a more diverse selection of desserts and a broader assortment of fresh seasonal fruits."

"I had a fabulous stay at Merusaka. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely throughout. My room was beautiful, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless each day. I really appreciated the option of an à la carte breakfast — the food was freshly prepared and the setting felt calm and relaxed. In contrast, the main buffet restaurant was quite crowded, and the variety and quality didn’t quite meet expectations. There were also a noticeable number of flies around the food. That aside, the grounds are stunning and the resort offers a great range of facilities, making it an overall enjoyable stay."
