"This hotel was absolutely amazing. The spa was wonderful, the staff were professional and friendly. The food was excellent as were the cocktails. The waiting staff were attentive but not overbearing. The building has been renovated to an extremely high standard but it is still full of character and class. Wonderful. Thank you. "

"Nice clean hotel in a good location. Excellent breakfast as well. Only criticism is you can’t get to hotel from underground car park without going outside which was annoying given heavy rain. "

"Vlean room, a little tired. Coukd do with bigger towels & more pilows. Should of asked for more toilet paper. The facilities were fantastic. The soar & swimmingbpool was brilliant. "

Such a nice alternative to a regular hotel... we got to feel like we were borrowing a week of time just living in Bournemouth rather than just being tourists. The place is wonderful, clean and conveniently located. David and Precious are wonderful hosts that were attentive and considerate. We can't recommend highly enough! "

"Our room on the 2nd floor was clean, spacious and well kitted out, with a good sized bathroom (with shower), fridge, large flat-screen TV and comfortable beds. Service throughout was excellent, from reception to dining room, where the breakfast was very good. Free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast enough. There's limited parking available at the hotel at a cost of £10 per night. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the pier and Pavilion Theatre"

"This was our 4th stay here we always stay when visiting Bournemouth. Clean room offered a sea view very efficient welcoming staff. Don’t tend to eat in hotel as cheaper options in town. On this occasion we did think choice of tea and coffee in room less than we have had previously. "

"Staff are always friendly and helpful with lovely clean rooms. Unfortunately the lift was out of service however the team did offer to support immediately if required. Well Done guys."

"Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely. The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it. Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in. Our stay was very nice. "
