There my husband and I became members of a family and our departure ended with tears and hugs. I'm not normally someone who wants a lot of interaction with staff and things at hotels, I hate the feeling of being waited on. "The resort is beautiful at the end of the beach so it feels like a private beach for the resort. We stayed in the junior suite with a jacuzzi and it was perfect! With an amazing sea view. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will stay here when I come back and will recommend to any friends. "

"The rooms were quite rundown, so much so that we asked to be moved, there were numerous problems. Our second room was reasonable. The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile. We called her down an hour or so later with a list of what was wrong in the room, but basically no response. The next day Nancy was there and everything ran...
"We had a lovely time staying here. It was just a short walk from the beach. The room was cute and clean. The staff were wonderful and helped us arrange excursions and transport. No elevator available so if stairs aren’t possible for you than don’t book. Otherwise it was great! "
